Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States, but if you from elsewhere send us an email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the size of your order and your geographic location.
When will my order be shipped?
Here's how it works: once you place an order we'll ship it to you from our studio within 1-3 business days. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands. From then on it'll be in the hands of a trusty carrier and you'll be able to track it all the way to its destination.
How long will shipping take?
Our domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you'll receive when your package is dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake when you were placing your order email us as soon as you can at email@example.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped already we can make the change for you.
What if my order gets damaged in shipping?
We do our best to pack every order with care but sometimes accidents happen. If your product arrives in bad condition, snap a few pics and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll assess the damage and solve the problem.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
You can visit us at 34 Highbury Park Dr. to shop in person, or connect with us @ouidblends for updates on stockists, pop-ups, and events.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return or exchange and we'll help guide you through the process.
What's your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. For safety reasons opened product can not be returned. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an order for further instructions.
